Living Waters Church of God Fellowship is and extension, from the Biblical church that was started on the day of Pentecost over 2000 years ago. L.W.C.O.G.F. was ordained in the mind of Evangelist Clarice Howard while attending Choir practice at her home Church, Lively Stone Church of God.  Evangelist Howard was told of God that she would pastor a church and it would be called Living Water Church. It was about fourteen years after the call on evangelist Howards Life that the Work would start.  Whom God calls He qualifies.  It took Years of conditioning, and preparation.  After being released from her Leader, Bishop Travis Franklin, of the Pentecostal Assembly of Believers Inc. the lord brought his promise to pass.  Living Waters Church of God Fellowship was incorporated with the State of Missouri in Nov 2007.  The ministry started at the dining room table at her, and Brother Robert Howards home. Located Julian Ave. A Baptismal pool was placed on the Patio. Soon the Garage which is adjacent to the home was remolded, and service was held there with a capacity for 22 people. In 2009, Pastor Howard purchased a fifteen passenger Van from her retirement funds to transported souls with. For a time in 2010- 2011, the Church relocated for a year on West Belle Ave., at the Holy Sacrament Lutheran Church building. 

We came back to the Garage location for Eighteen Months.  The membership, with, help of the Lord, saved $25.000. On May 24th of 2012, which was two days before Pastor Howard’s birthday, we closed on the property at our present location at 9124 St. Charles Rock Rd. in Breckenridge Mo. God has truly given us Favor though out the whole journey ; and for that, we are grateful. We thank our God for the many Salvation experiences  that have occurred here at Living Waters Church of God Fellowship.
