ABOUT PASTOR CLARICE HOWARD

AND DEACON ROBERT HOWARD

Dr. CLARICE HOWARD was brought up in holiness at Temple Church of Christ under the leadership of Bishop Austin Augustus Layne and was saved and Spirit- filled in 1980 at Pentecostal Church of God under the Pastorate of Elder Leo B. Joshua. In 1982 the Lord impressed upon her to preach the gospel according to the Word of the Lord found in II Timothy 4:2: Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine.” She in is the Founder of Living Waters Church of God Fellowship in St. Louis, Mo where she has served faithfully since 2007. She was ordained as a Pastor in July 2008 by the Pentecostal Assembly of Believers where Bishop Carl E. Holland is the Presiding Bishop.  In 2016 Dr. Howard Joined The Pentecostal Assemblies of the World , and is an ordained Pastor in the P.A.W. Howard’s motto is “Saving the Lost at All Cost” and she endeavors to fulfill this calling by providing activities such as Bible Studies, feeding the hungry, youth ministry, and chemical dependency intervention. She does community outreach ministry weekly  and is also certified as a VIC (Volunteer in Corrections) at Clayton Correctional Facility in Clayton, MO.  

She is the former host of the Kings Kids Ministry radio broadcast heard weekly on KSTL. In the past, she has served as Director of the Vacation Bible School, Assistant Youth Camp Director, Chaplain of the Missionary Department, Usher and Choir Member,  and as Sunday School Teacher in the Junior and Young Adults Sunday School Department of Lively Stone Church of God. Pastor Howard serves with a willing heart wherever she is needed doing ; and is known for her gracious hospitality, generosity and concern for others. 

Dr. Howard is a certified Business and Social Etiquette Consultant. She retired as a Registry Clerk in 2009 from the US Postal Service with 30 ½ years of tenure. During her employment she received several service awards for her charitable contributions as well as for being a building Safety Captain. In 2006 she graduated as class Valedictorian with an Associate degree in Biblical Studies. In 2008 she received a Bachelor degree also in Biblical Studies She Hold a Doctoral Degree in Theology from Midwest College of Theology 2016 

In 2003 she was joined in Holy Matrimony to Deacon Robert Howard who has served faithfully as a Deacon and in Bus Ministry since their union. She is the mother of two daughters – Michelle and Maureen, and has five grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
